KARACHI: Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah Friday met Mayor of London Sadiq Khan here at the Chief Minister House. According to a spokesman for the Chief Minister House, they agreed on the exchange of trade-delegations. The Sindh chief minister, exchanging views with the Mayor, said that Sindh has numerous opportunities of investment. KARACHI: Six persons were dead and five injured after a van caught fire near Karachi Zoo on Sunday morning. The van, carrying eleven people of the same family, was on way to a picnic point at Hawke’s Bay. There were four children inside the van when it burst into flames. 26 Twenty-six dead, 66 injured in Lahore suicide blast

LAHORE: At least 26 people, eight police personnel among them, were killed and 66 others injured in a suicide blast near Arfa Karim Tower on Ferozpur road on Monday, officials said. Police said that a suicide bomber riding a motorcyle had tried to target policemen, who were present in the area to handle any possible untoward situation in reaction to the ongoing anti-encroachment operation. The blast left at least 26 dead and 57 wounded.
